"I was a guest there a couple of weeks ago there was an unauthorized charge to my credit card I was told I’d receive a refund but they couldn’t tell me when. Every time I call no one can help me, the manager is never available and the receptionist is unhelpful and extremely rude. It’s been 2 weeks so far .I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING THERE."

"Very nice, newer hotel! Location is around 20 minutes to the French Quarter or 25 minutes to the lakefront. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, but the best part of this hotel is the staff! Davynel and Brittany at the front desk were amazing - friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again."

"Our check-in was easy but not very welcoming compared to the hotel we stayed at in Houston by the space center. Our room was clean but felt rather stark. The shower didn’t even get hot for me, which is a real deal breaker as far as hotels go! Breakfast was meh-but my hubby likes the pancake maker! I knew that the hotel was away from downtown by the reviews I read before booking, but it doesn’t really prepare you for how far away from everything (except Walmart) you are! Overall it was a decent stay but I think I’ll pick something closer if we ever return to the big easy."
