"As a student in New Orleans for hospital rotations at Ochsner, I had a short-term lease in a studio at Crossroads in Building A for 3 months and a furniture rental with Cort that was arranged very promptly with the front office. The kitchen is a bit small and the walls are very thin but I think this is natural for older apartment complexes and especially for studio units. Their renovations have fixed the gate now which was a nice touch and the front office is exceptionally polite. As for pest control (I noticed complaints from some others) I saw a few roaches outside the building but none of them ever made it into my unit. No rats or any other unwanted guests. Overall a very comfortable experience and never did I feel unsafe or unattended to."
