"Love this school , my son have learned so much since he started here ! Definitely recommend!"
"I didn’t have a great experience! I’m fair when things are good but I didn’t have a lovely experience. My child was not the ideal child and I was called several times and I wouldn’t want another parent to experience it. Several parents have called me after I enrolled and told me that it was all fake over there!"
"Horrible facility, the kids cry for hours, they yell at your kids, the aren’t in it for the betterment of the children, it’s money motivated for them, they aren’t properly trained, as well as over charging parents."
"I wanted to leave it alone but I do not want to take the chance of another baby getting hurt due to negligence. My 10 month old was enrolled at RALC. I should’ve known when they didn’t want to use Vaseline at diaper changes like I requested there was going to be problems. He only went a total of four days and there was issues every day. By the end of the week of the fourth day going, he’d contracted RSV. First day, he was given to me with dried snot all over his face. I’d expected tears but thought they’d at least wipe his face. He was handed to me by someone who looked to be about twelve years old, not a word was said about how he did, nothing. Just handed me my child and walked away. Every day his clothes were changed due to them not changing him in time, his dirty clothes always reeked of urine. I was never told why or what happened. He was cranky and hungry every afternoon at pickup, even though I sent his own food with him. I never had a clue of what my child did all day until the last day when I pressured them for information and I was given a poorly filled out paper. They pressure you to fill out for childcare assistance even when you know you don’t qualify; they try to coerce you into committing fraud to be able to receive it. When I decided to pull him out, I was called and questioned with an attitude like I was the problem, not their poor services. Today I was informed by a previous employee, that my child was given Chex Mix to eat and because it was too hard, his gums started to bleed. When she went to do the accident report, she was told it was unnecessary because he was okay. Why in the world would you give an infant Chex mix ?! Why would you stop a teacher from letting a parent know her child was bleeding? Parents save yourself the headache, do not enroll your babies here."
"I'm normally not one to leave reviews however protecting our children should be everyone’s priority. While the staffing is friendly, the workers in the infant room are negligence( I’m referring the the workers whom was present during these incidents). The first incident happened Dec.2019 at the time my 3 month old baby was hit in the head by another child whom was 6 yrs old multiple times and the second time Jan. 2020 the daycare working gave my child a pacifier that belong to someone else. Both times I was meant with apologizes that meant nothing when the consequence of others actions has caused my infant physical harm. There’s no worst feeling than thinking your child is being taking care of properly, only to find out they are not."
