"So what started as a pleasant experience is turning out to be a furniture lover’s nightmare. On 2/10/24 my fiancé and I purchased what we thought was the complete King sized Foyland bedroom set with an extra night stand. Only to find out that after talking to BOTH sales specialists, Alexis and Derrick, that 1: part of our order has been delayed (which is understandable), 2: they completely left off the Foyland 5 drawer chest from the invoice. Now, we spent upwards of 2 hours with them to ensure that we got everything straight BEFORE we left the store. We were even asked to sign up for their exclusive credit card so that we can have everything paid in full. We spent over $7k on this furniture for it not to be complete or delivered in full. I’m beyond pissed because we took the time to ask all the questions, we even spoke to the manager, and general manager who made the process as smooth as possible. I’ve been trying to get in contact with at least one person on the phone and all I can get is the call center. Yet when we were shopping in person, everyone was on the phone. I’m looking to have this issue resolved but now I’m forced to reach out online. Which sucks because the people there were so pleasant. All I want is for them to help us resolve this issue. Finally, when I spoke to the call center, they mentioned that they would leave a note for someone at Ashley Furniture to contact me. I’m still waiting to hear back. Please don’t make me regret shopping with you all."

"Friendly people and product selection is okay but could have a better variety to suit the needs of all walks of life. The only issue I had was paying on my purchase. Whatever software program they use needs to be upgraded. Also I don't think it's appropriate to walk off with a customers debit card, out of sight. That should stop. I am glad I caught the sale for a $1300 king bed which was a few hundred lower because I know the furniture there is very overpriced."

"I can't begin to express how excellent the customer service was. Each salesman was kind and courteous. But Amber and Octavia were far above that. They were patient, honest, and considerate. It was such an ease working with them."

"I walked in and purchased a couch from the Outlet section in this Ashley location. Caleb greeted me and Deon as well (I went a few times in one day) and both were great. I honestly would’ve purchased my couch online if it wasn’t for these two gentlemen. I was able to leave with the couch I wanted in under 30 minutes once I made my decision. I got a good deal and had my previous Ashley couch for several years. Needed something smaller and temporary until I move again."

The paperwork and business side of things took approximately 40 minutes. Mr. Dunlap answered all of our questions promptly and with the confidence of someone who knows their products and how to anticipate the needs of his clients. Couldn't be more grateful for his kindness and assistance! Please ask for him of you stop by. (As a side note, unlike many folks in sales, he didn't ask us to review him. We were genuinely impressed by his skill and work ethic and grateful for the fabulous deal we got and the financing options. We will be back if any other needs arise!)."
