"Wife and I walked in on a Monday around 11, it wasn’t too busy but apparently one of the workers boyfriend walked in behind us. She sat him, got him a drink and when I tried to get her attention and ask her to clean the booth we wanted, she turned and went back to the kitchen. We were standing in front of the booth she sat her boyfriend so there was no way she didn’t see or hear us. After a few more minutes of being ignored, we left and went to Another Broken Egg Cafe down the street and the Service was much better."

"They’re not nearly as attentive as the staff at other Waffle House restaurants I’ve been to. Examples include the waffle was served without butter. The hash browns were served without ketchup. I had to ask for coffee 3 times and am still waiting. Still, it’s a good value and the food is good."
