About the Business
St. Aloysius Child Care Center, located at 1957 Stuart Avenue in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has been providing quality early childhood education since 1986. Our center began in a humble space but has since expanded to meet the growing needs of our families. In 2010, we converted the rectory to create more room, and in 2015 we broke ground on a new building. Since 2016, we have been operating out of our current center.
We are proud to have achieved a 4-Star Rating in 2014 and have been recognized as an Early Childhood Highly Proficient Honoree from 2019-2021. As a ministry of St. Aloysius Parish, we focus on the well-being of the whole child by providing a loving and nurturing environment that strengthens the family unit as a basis of the faith community.
Our center is dedicated to serving the working families of the Parish and community by offering a quality-learning environment rooted in the Catholic faith. We strive to provide a "home away from home" for our children while their families fulfill their ministry. St. Aloysius Child Care Center is not just a child care center, but a place where faith, education, and community come together.
