"The location is great, but this place is the worse place I've ever lived. Moved from out of state, just to find that our apartment was not ready after paying first month and deposit. We had to put our things in storage and stay with a friend with a family of 4 for 2 months. After we finally moved in, it was a completely different apartment and not our original. We had to pay 2 different electric bills since we had to switch over to another apartment. The landlord stated that "we were lucky because she was going to move into that apartment and we got her brand new fridge." $13 was added to rent for "renters insurance" but they would not provide us with documents to prove it, then months later say we owe $40+ for insurance after it's already been paid. No documentation in the office. Had a water leak in the parking lot for OVER a month that caused ants to come in my son's room. They stated that it wasn't their problem it was the city. The city came out and confirmed it was the apartments responsibility. There are so many vacant apartments due to smoke damage or mold!!! And I mean A LOT OF MOLD. They will turn off the water without notice. Will not fix things correctly. So many different office managers. They don't keep up with paperwork. Can not keep a maintenance person. The back of the apartments have sewage by their front doors due to being backed up. Pest control doesn't come every month anymore and there are roaches DAILY no matter what you do. Had to move!!! Just flat out pathetic!! City needs to come back out and shut them down."

"Please update the apartments and provide security at night. I don't understand while an inspection is needed if you are the only one paying your rent. I mean if u are not on housing why the inspection. I thought that was a housing thing."

"Not a bad place to live but they dont like to fix things properly...and give a notice for inspection the day before expectation...people are working and dont get the notice till late at times I means give the working folks some kind of heads up like upscale apartments do...So if it happen to not be clean blame yourself.....Update... They Need Security at night because someone breaks into folks vehicles on the regular. They hit mine every other night...I will be leaving soon because I dont feel safe living here"
