"Room was clean but I was very upset I had asked about if there was a pool she told me there was a pool she even told me the pool was open to swim in that’s the only reason I picked that hotel!! Supposed to be smoke free but you smell smoke the whole time we were there in our room!"

"they charge me because I arrived a little bit earlier...the rooms are fine but ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Can't cancel my booking but I've put rags and towels on all entrances like faucet and shower. I've torched down 4 of them...just horrible."

"Be Aware of potential higher room price. I arrived here during a road trip. I found it will cost 53 dollars per night. I called to make sure that I can pay when I arrived and I did not have to reserve it online. I got there at 3 am but the front desk staff suddenly told me the room was 79.99 dollars per night instead of 53. They also did not show me any price details or any table of prices but just randomly told me the new, higher price. They said since it is already 3 am, a new day, they also do not accept any online reservation for my staying for that night. I felt it is kind of a scam and they randomly tell you price when you walk in for a room. Be Aware. The breakfast is as stated like other reviews, not much to eat and without hot dishes. Coffee was bad. If I pay for $53, I would live with that. But since I paid $80 dollars+ over $10 tax, it is not good."

"I loved the stay here! Got stranded and was from out of town in Tulsa OK. had no idea New Iberia was a dangerous place while I stayed here. Honestly, in my opinion Tulsa is 100 times more dangerous. I walked everywhere around town! I also loved the quality of service from the staff as well! very satisfied! great place to find shelter and safety!"
