Hampton Inn & Suites New Iberia Avery Island 400 Spanish Towne Boulevard, New Iberia, LA 70560

"Currently staying at Hampton Inn New Iberia. No hot water. I dont know if hot water is in the service agreement between hotel and customer probably not. I dont want to be rude to the front desk staff, its not their fault. We are here working all week. Two rooms, five nights(1350$). Is Hampton going to offer me a discount? For that price I will stay in a bed and breakfast next time I'm here (in 6 months) and I will have hot water and no teenagers running the hall and slamming 100lb doors. Why do these doors close so loud?"

"The manager Tamika took great care of us during our stay for a wedding. She prioritized the guest experience while also training new staff. I would recommend making sure the hot water works as soon as you check in but the management is very easy to work with and will resolve any issues!"

"We travel a lot and have stayed at several Hampton inns. This one is just like the others. The only issue is with the hot breakfast. It was identical on both days we stayed and in the exercise room, weigh scale is broke. Rest is all good. No complaints."

"I would not recommend staying here. Before I even set foot in the door, I was greeted by a lady, who for some reason, decided that it was her mission in life to treat me like a criminal. But it's ok, her brand of discriminatory comments were only meant as "jokes". I don't understand why such a person is in charge of dealing with the public, but there are definitely better places to stay."

"This is easily the best hotel in the area. The staff is friendly, the room was exceptional. I have honestly never had a bad experience with a Hilton. I have, however, stayed at other hotels in the area, and didn’t last 15 minutes before leaving and demanding a refund. The other hotels might be cheaper, but I don’t think the cost here is bad personally and remember you get what you pay for. I honestly don’t have one bad thing to say about this hotel."
