"I do not recommend living here. Initially the management was considerate and attentive when we first moved in, but over time the quality of life living there degraded. Then they have the gall to charge me $110.00 for a few holes I needed to drill into a door that was not properly installed and did not close properly after we moved out. The overall cleanliness is not great, the unit we had had alot of problems that I fixed on my own. The amount of money we paid a month was too expensive, and there was a lot of issues with a lot of the tenants smoking illegal substances which was not addressed by the office properly. The parking was always out of control, there was no enforcement of the rules, even though it specified in the agreement they would enforce parking violations. Pool was always closed, and there was always issues with the laundromat. Would not recommend living here. The only good thing was everything we needed was in walking distance, otherwise I would of rated it a 1-star."

"There are other apartments on Kaliste Saloom that are so nice ...this one is not the one. Management is rude and don’t care about anything but the 1st of the month. Believe the comments that say stay away. It’s true! And the ones that say it’s nice here, management hasn’t revealed themselves yet. Don’t move here. This apt change managements companies every year! Do the math!"
