"This place is a joke!!! The people who gave 5 stars is the manager's family. She only cares about the side she stays on. The other side of the apartment complex the street lights been out for the last 6 months. My roof was leaking in the bathroom, she told me put a bucket down and she will send someone the next day. They have rats because of the sugar cane fields so close, the spray man comes in a personal truck with a can no signs no work uniform we don't know anything about this company. She complains about the BLACKS doing illegal activities, but her famoly does drugs. Her sons were living in an apartment selling dope out of her truck, the maintenance man has strippers and drugs and animals living there, but no one is suppose to have animals back here. She turns her eyes to what she wants. I'm so glad I left last month because it is a joke!!!! She is never in the office she always gone and say will be back! She worries about everything else but her drug family. Please don't come back here!!!!!! I'M GLAD I LEFT I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE HERE! I LOVE MY NEW PLACE THRY HAVE ACTUALLY MANGEMENT!!!!!"
