"I have lived in apartments in Baton Rouge, Dallas & Houston. I also managed 3 major hotel chains & 1 apartment complex. I am so impressed by this property. From Opelousas to New Iberia, you won’t find a better property regarding super caring staff, incredible maintenance department, and the site is absolutely a gem! Check out others, most look like prisons or dormitories. This is so beautifully landscaped with variety of trees, lovely palms surrounding the pool with outdoor BBQ area by the pool.The ambiance is serene & is closest place to island feel without traveling. It has been almost 7 years I’ve enjoyed Squirrel Run as my home. I highly recommend, even if you have to drive a few extra miles - IT’S WORTH IT!"

When something breaks or goes wrong in your apartment they send someone the same day or the next & take care of your needs right away . The apartments , landscape & pool area is really nice & beautiful . This place is rated a EASY 5 stars ."

"Been here going on 9 years. Should have moved here sooner. I feel safe and secure. I also am very happy that all I have to do when repairs are needed is call the office. It’s also nice that I don’t have to clean the pool, chlorinate it, mow and trim the lawn, weed and plant the flower beds. And my insurances are very low. Yep, I’m glad I moved in."
