"I did a short term lease at the Cottages while I was on a short contract for my job. I sometimes contract locally here from Houston. I had a 6 month contract so I rented some furniture and stayed at one of the smaller cottages. Had a good experience with everything. I stayed at an actual apartment complex last year for one of my contracts and just preferred the space of a house. I like having my own driveway and not having to hitch hike to a sardine can sized apartment with no parking available. Had a minor disagreement with the staff but they were fair and worked with me to sort the issue out. Overall the staff was kind and friendly. My whole experience here was good. Neighbors were nice and the place was quiet during my stay. It was actually cheaper than renting a regular house with the specials, with all the benefits that come with an apartment complex so that was a good thing for me."

"They gave me a parking ticket for visiting a friend who just had a baby. Would not recommend unless you are a recluse."

"I have rented at apartment complex's all over and absolutely nothing beats this! I have my own home with a fenced in yard to easily allow my pets out to potty and not to mention they cut my grass! The maintenance team here is awesome and the office staff is extremely professional and always greets me with a smile. I would highly recommend The Cottage to anyone!"
