"Where do I begin....when I moved in to this "newly" renovated apartment there was a roach infestation, and the AC didn't work (more on that). After dealing with management at the time for 7 months of back and forth trying to tell me how an AC worked and that it was working. When she finally came to see for herself I raised my hand to vent that wasn't even hooked up to AC ducts and she claimed "I feel air blowing out" when she was told it isn't hooked up she still tried to claim that I didn't know what I was talking. Stonegate evicted me for complaining to much about the AC and for yelling at them in their office. The funny thing is I wasn't the only one without a proper working AC cause you could walk around and see window units hanging from more than a couple of the other apartments. I even scheduled an AC man to come check it which you are allowed to do by law but the AC to no fault of his own called management who then violated my rights to have this done by turning him around. I don't know if the individuals are still there but tell me....did the new tenants in 236 not know what they were talking about either?"

"Stone gate had a lot of work to be done and ever since Ms Monya got here everything has been getting fixed the proper way so a huge shout out to Ms monya for stepping up to better our homes!"
