"My friend lives there and she had asthma meds!! No trip to the ER yay!"
"I'm a current resident. From day one, the management has been negligent and dismissive about repairs. It took a week to fix a window. Theres another window that still isnt fixed. Our plumbing is backing up and overflowing in the back yard. The exterior doors arent sealed and lets in insects and a snake once when it rains. They used very cheap repair materials on the roads to temporarily cover up the numerous potholes. Until recently we did not receive filter changes in our A/C vents. I would not recommend living here."
"It's still not what I expected... It's like a miniature project I growed up in the project I never wanted that for my kids I never lived in a project with my children's I stayed in an apartment complexes but there was more like a little upper class but this is more like a miniature project it's just not what I expected it have a lot of problems inside the unit like the a/c unit my kept having trouble with the hot water it's just to so much I'm going to give it a probably another year here and I'm moving out .."
"Currently owned by MMI properties and i have been fighting maintenance since i moved in to get things fixed."
"I've been here nine months now. The maintenance response is deteriorating (I have had watered damaged, mold cultivating cabinets in the hall bathroom prior to move in in September 2015) and management does not enforce disturbance rules in the apartment community, nor people double parking, or any other general disturbance. We used to have regular security at night, but that has since stopped - thusly the amount of noise and fights has gone up. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere."
