"We have lived here for 7 years, and have watched the steady decline in the apartment quality. They did a remodel several years back on the exterior which made them worse. You can never speak to anyone consistently as the office staff changes every couple weeks. The only consistency you have is the horrible dumpster setup, abandoned vehicles, unanswered maintenance request, dirty buildings, and new lighting that no longer works in the courtyards. The new staff comes in and wants to worry about what’s on your patio, or get excited they filled the doggy bag dispenser; instead of the major things that need attention. Don’t rent here unless you enjoy low quality and disappointment."

"4 cars were hit late at night. 4 weeks later the cars are still in the parking lot taking up spaces. The office is more concerned with unused bbq pits on patios than keeping the lot clean"

"This place is a complete disgrace. This property does not care about their residents nor do they care about the property. There is zero security and the secured access they sale to you does not exist. The gates are always broken and open and as a result 4 residents cars were hit and damaged over the weekend. 2 days after I expressed to the leasing staff the gate was broken, they did nothing to ensure something like this did not happen. The apartments are old and molded. Literally falling apart. There are wide holes in the gate that allows 24/7 access to strangers. There are creeps who walk around the property all night every night, I have to look over my shoulder going to work at 3 am. DO NOT RENT HERE! You will regret it!"

"My family and I have been here for about 14 months and it’s been pretty rough. When we moved in the apartment hadn’t been cleaned ( sauces still on the cabinets and refrigerator) , there were nails in the garbage disposal, writing from the previous residence on the patio door outside( many things that could’ve easily been avoided). Later down the line we dealt with mold in the vents that made us sick , during the summer our air was out for a week ( in which received a window unit , but it could only be in one room and that’s just not feasible with an infant) rodents from residents that moved out leaving trash outside their door that sat for about a month and a half , appliances breaking and unable to be fixed due to not having the parts , we had a guest visit and experience a hit and run ( we called the police , but the complex said they didn’t have cameras so nothing really happened), one of the neighbors consistently has someone kicking their door and throwing rocks at it between 2 am and 4am and last night someone broke into my husband’s car and stole some of his things. This isn’t even everything we experienced, but we definitely should’ve moved when we had the chance . Has potential for sure , but not worth the risk of waiting it out ."

"I don’t Even Know Where to start but the only positive thing I could say about the apartment was the location was close to my job but all the other things were bad. Probably was the nastiest apartment Ive ever stayed in. From the Roaches My Garbage disposal which they never fixed was broken my entire lease I had a 14 Month lease and my sink in the kitchen would clog so bad when I used to dishwasher. I literally Had To Use drano Once A month To maintain the sink so I could use it somewhat. It was absolutely terrible. The Trash by The dumpsters are also bad You have tenants That Dump trash on the side Of the dumpster it’s just a mess. The dumpsters are Outside By parking so When you come home that’s what you see. The Roach infestation was really Why I didn’t renew My lease The only thing I can say is the ladies in the office will entertain your issues but fixing them That’s a different conversation. I Could not Do the simple things like use my Dish Washer. When my air broke they came the same day which I appreciate because it was 100 degrees Also My toilet was having issues and the maintenance Guy Came to Fix it He placed My plunger inside of my clean tub for whatever reason I was so mad at that because I literally had to get off work and clean my tub it’s just nonsense also there’s allot of mold on the AC vents which I’m sure they will just paint over it and have someone else staying there because people are moving in but trust they are moving out of there too. the kitchen appliances are out dated If you are paying over 900 really 1,000 for rent you can atleast have black appliances. When you tour they tell you that your apartment will look like the example apartment but when I got my keys it did not the layout was completely different it was just terrible. The cabinets are old and in the bathroom over the tub there’s this drain that water comes out of So when you shower you have cold water from that drain falling on you while you shower it’s just annoying. ALSO READ THE REVIEWS TO THESE APARTMENTS BECAUSE THEY ARE TRUE. Springbrook needs to do better and also the gate is always broken like always."
