Driveway tore up, can't keep maintenance men, they Don't fix anything the pool hasn't been open, no playground for the kids, the lil gym room is never available, they don't listen nor care about tenant complaints. Kids running around up & down the stairs making noise....they have no amenities at all..They barely in the office....this place is tore up"

"Disgusting the staff is incompetent and lazy, the property is always dirty the stair wells are disgusting, there’s no lifting in the halls or around the building the maintenance guy doesn’t know how to fix a photo eye, it’s sad and the surrounding light post are out so you can be robbed, harmed or hurt yourself. The staff doesn’t answer the phone or work they take off and close whenever they want. Window units in every building because they don’t pay there vendors, trash piled up at the dumpsters, abandoned cars on the property, drug dealers and crackheads linger around the off duty officer doesn’t do anything there was a shooting a month ago right in front of the office and another shooting a few months before that in the same area. This is turning into the projects kids run around with bebe guns all hours of the night, the pool is for decoration they only it for 3 weeks in the summer for about 3 hours per day, because the children started going across the street to the nicer apartments to swim, the gate never works and the entry gate is broken hanging on the side. Maintenance men ride around playing loud music all day. the lawn care people are barely come and when they do they do a below subpar job. They must only want section 8 tenants who trash the property. The previous property manager was strict but he kept the property up those women in the office just eat lock the doors all day and take off all of the time. The owners must not care about their property because who would ruin a great investor property in a good area. It has gone slow as tenant for over 5 years all of my good neighbors are leaving and i’m on my way out as well it used to be a nice property what happened???"

"Please don't waste your time. Janelle and her manager are liars. They gave me the run around for 2 and a half weeks. They told me that I made over the income but I have proof that I don't. Also Janelle emailed me constantly about bringing in my check stubs when I brought them in when I first went applied, she also was rushing me to fill out my application and told me that's all I needed and called me back a week later asking for more information. She didn't turn in my application until a week later. They are only trying to get the app fee clearly. It's seems that they don't know how to do their job correctly. They also have very nasty attitude they have been discriminating against me because I am younger woman. They also told me they couldn't help because they where going on vacation. They did not call my job or my landlord at all but she called me and told me they didn't answer. THIS IS SOMETHING VERY WRONG WITH THIS. FRAUDULENT UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE THEY JUST TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY."
