"I would not recommend these apartments AT ALL ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMEN OR HAVE KIDS!! These apartments are very dangerous. Since I’ve moved in, my car has been broken into and almost stolen, a random man tried to get into my apartment at 1 in the morning and couldn’t so he left a red shoelace to ig come back the next day. Kids are outside unsupervised and fighting everyday. My neighbors apartment just got broken into. The security they do have only sits in the back and does not patrol the apartments at all!! The signs says they have cameras, BUT THEY ARE NONEXISTENT. It is getting worse and worse back here and the office is worried about how the apartments are looking on the inside! A letter was sent out about parking spaces and inspections of the apartments instead of addressing the issues we are facing. DONT MOVE HERE YOU’LL WAKE UP WITH YOU CAR GONE OR YOUR APARTMENT BROKEN INTO."

"THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER! Poor management which is lazy and doesn’t ever do anything you ask them to do. Also a lot of vandalism goes on over there. Don’t even think about moving over there at all. It ain’t worth it at all. It so many termites and fixings that need to be done as well. I REPEAT DON’T MOVE HERE DON’T DO IT!"

"I want to take a moment and write about my apartment complex. Many people will take the time to write a bad review but most won’t when they are happy. I am so glad we have new owners and they are actually working on the complex to make improvements. Although it might be slightly inconvenient it is worth the inconvenience as they are making very noticeable improvements and I can be prideful of where I live. I want to say how pleased I am and I am happy. Shout out to Amy she is so nice and smiling all the time and she truly listens and addresses any concerns in a timely matter. I have lived here for 3 plus years and was considering moving. I will for sure be renewing my lease and look forward to all the improvements they are doing. If you need anything Amy is outstanding."

"If you know the history of this complex it is very difficult to ignore the progress the new management team is making. It has been years since the property looked this good. It is currently under construction so I'm not going to say it's perfect but they deserve 5 stars for the effort. I recently went in to give a bid on a job and was blown away by their 3 bedroom apartments. If you will call it that. They are very large, have a fire place, spiral staircase, washer dryer connections and my favorite part was that it had a private fenced in yard. So as I said "apartment" does not do it justice. The lofts are cute too. I didn't want to add pictures of the work in progress bc I do not think it will do it justice. The ladies in the office were very professional and were juggling the busy office very well. S/N: I did not acquire the contract so this is a completely unbiased review."
