"This is one more very nice apartment complex. I use to live here a couple of years ago and enjoy every bite of it. My two bedroom was very spacious and comfortable for me and my kids. Love the backyard. Office staff was awesome especially Ms. Sharonda. If I every decide to move back to La. Dove Creek will be the place."

For example, she recently she had a Valentine’s Day party for her residents. She went out of her way to pick up food, candy, and adorable balloons. "I've stayed here for more than 10 years and I have nothing but great things to say about this complex. Its quiet, clean, peaceful, friendly and family oriented. The maintenance crew is awesome! They are very quick at addressing any issues that need attending to. The complex staff has always tried to fix/address any of my issues except one. I have only one negative statement to make about this complex. If you have a SMOKER residing adjacent to your apartment, be prepared to smell all the disgusting, black lung smoke stench as that smoke comes through into your apartment via the crevices, walls and the heating and A/C system. I have had 2 instances where new residents who were HEAVY SMOKERS (24X7 type smokers) lived adjacent to my apartment. I'd ask the complex staff if there was anything that they could do, but I was told that they cannot tell residents that they cant smoke in their apartments. In the winter, I cant run my central heat and in the summer, I run my A/C as needed because the smoke ALWAYS come through the vents and also through the building's crevices. If you have respiratory issues like I do (asthma), you're screwed; you'll be left to your own devices to address this issue."
