"Update: I need to update my review. I made a list of the pros and cons to help me decide whether to become a resident here. The communication with this place is really poor for someone looking to move in, and I can only imagine how frustrating it must be for current residents. No one ever answers the phone or returns voicemails. Good communication is essential in any relationship or business. During the tour, I informed Brittany about an eviction that I had already paid off. She assured me she would contact the agency if it still showed on my credit. However, to my surprise, she called me later about "concerning information," which turned out to be the balance still reflecting on my credit report. It felt like our previous conversation had been forgotten. I reminded her of our discussion just 24 hours earlier and provided her with the letter confirming no outstanding balance. After this experience, coupled with the negative reviews about safety concerns and overall resident satisfaction, I've decided to pursue residency at a neighboring apartment complex where the experience and relationship with management are much better, . I still have not been updated on the status of my application but this would not be my overall pick simply due to the communication, morale of the staff, as well as the consideration of all previous reviews. If everyone is pretty much saying the same things, you must believe the people. Also, being happy with the management of where you live is important. They owe not only fiduciary duties to the property owner but as well as to all residents. So my advice is to find a place where communication is open, the property is well staffed, and the staff are clear in they're commitment in fostering relationships with residence. Some denials are a blessing in disguise."

"Can’t think of any issues I had the entire year. I moved to something more affordable. I didn’t use the gym, didn’t need valet trash, made little use of their secure package delivery lockers, didn’t use the ping pong table, and never touched their resort style pool so it made no sense for me to pay what I did. If I did l, then I would have stayed. Management is kind and doesn’t bother you. They have some social/resident activities here and there like morning breakfast to go items or wine on the weekend. Walmart, Sam’s, Kohls, Lowe’s, and more across the street. Can’t beat the location other than getting out of the area during busy times but shouldn’t be a decision maker."

"RENTER BEWARE! THEY'RE TRYING TO USE A FRAUDULENT LEASE TO SQUEEZE AN ADDITIONAL MONTH OF RENT FROM ME. Without notice prior or after, they destroyed several things after coming into my apartment for water leaking through the ceiling, which I wasn't made aware of. Using my towels, breaking electronics, and stealing work equipment. I came back from work Friday without every being given any information to find my apartment destroyed and they never covered the hotel cost for the weekend. Also, they gave promotional prizes for 5 star ratings so take all of them with a huge grain of salt. (See photo below) Don't get involved with Pegasus Residential! I never will again. P.S. "Brittany was an amazing guide. The floor plans I saw were very pretty and the gym was beautiful. I also liked the high tech mail lockers. The area is quiet and tucked behind top golf. I overall had a good experience with my tour."
