"I wanted to move here but after pulling into the parking lot, I can tell these apartments won't be here long. Black people need to do better. #Trash"
"Might as well hang it up ! DONT MOVE HERE ! Area is horrible ! Can’t build nice things for ninjas ! They break in your cars , ghetto, loud , unsupervised kids playing all throughout the night ! This whole management is a joke ! Got the nerve to put on people door a letter giving ways to protect your property . If I could do it over I wouldn’t dare sign here."
"I been wanted to right a review about this complex but I was like no, I don’t want to start nothing knowing I still gotta live here but I need to warn people. This complex is new but it’s Ghetto and not worth what they charge. It’s noisy they got teens walking the halls all hours of the night being loud, ringing your doorbell and running. Leaving trash everywhere and even pulling the fire alarms. The apartments look nice but they were built cheap with cheap materials. Really can’t explain but just ask anyone who lived here. There is a lot more I wanna say about this overpriced wannabe luxury knockoff but last night took the cake. Over 50 cars got broke into last night and all the property staff did was pass out letters saying what we can do to better protect our property. No sympathy or apologies for people who woke up to a $400 plus surprise bill right before rent is do. How about y’all figure out what y’all can do to better protect your residents. Y’all had no problem booting cars for illegal parking last night but I guess that’s why y’all didn’t have time for nothing else. But it’s not all they fault I knew better than moving to the hood, no matter how much you try to glam it up the hood gone be the hood until the people change. What the owners should do is everyone who got the car broken into the cost of the repairs should be deducted from this stupid high rent. But we know they not gone do that, they do not care and I know it’s bad to wish bad on people but I can’t wait until this place close down due to people getting sick of the foolishness around here or the apartments get so run down nobody will be stupid enough to pay $1,000 plus dollars for Ghetto front property."
"For some reason they don’t accept students. I’m a grad student at LSU Vet School, with a job, but I also rely on my financial aid. I really liked the apartment but they won’t let me apply because of this which I thought was weird. If you are a student don’t waste your time inquiring about this apartment complex."
