"The tenants have little parking unless the guests/ visitors are taking the parking for residents. Lately pet poop is always on the sidewalk and the grass, gotta look down when walking."

"pros - good place overall and maintenance does a good job. close to attractions and interstate. well priced. cons - Was initially very good at getting back to tenants about questions and providing general help via phone calls or emails. However, that quality decreased significantly towards end of my stay. Maybe management changed?? leasing office is 7-10 min drive away, so it could be an inconvenience having to drive to the leasing office to get questions answered. Pool was not clean most of the time."
