"Leasing office staff is a joke. They called within a few hours of moving in stating they’re jumping the rent a little over 100 with no reason to it, except apologizing for it. After refusing they said they’ll give a call back on it. After repeatedly calling them they reduced the rent jump to $25, again with no explanation. So we asked to switch to another plan, was told we’d be given a call and they never did. It’s a joke and they don’t inform you about any leasing process or anything. Just basically pay the money, get the key, then get on with it. The lady who handled our application knows absolutely nothing and gave no answers to any questions. Run from them!"

"Leasing office staff is a joke. They NEVER handle tenent complaints. I am not sure if they even turn in maintenance work orders, or maybe maintenance is a joke as well. Management needs an overhaul or these Apartment Homes, which have nice units, will go done slowly. The majority of maintenance request that I have placed I have had to "DIY". Hallways inside the building smell of Marijuana. Tenants play loud music with no leasing consequences, while a few other tenants on upper levels are not considerate of tenants underneath. The so called Security entrances remain open most of the time. Of the almost 2 years I have been here the only good thing that I have observed is the grounds clean up of dog/pet waste and the Fitness center is always clean."

"If I could leave ZERO stars I would !! Do not, I repeat DO NOT pay any money here unless you are 100% sure you will make this place your new home. They will not explain their application process & will leave you to understand their tax credit rules. The property manager cant even read the application let alone have applicants that are unfamiliar with the property understand the guidelines. She does not understand former address from current address to send refunds back to. They have terrible reputations with vendors, residents, and previous applicants. Ask yourself why would a apartment community that’s less than 10 years old rent apartments so cheap. To make up for the lack of knowledge and customer service presented from the office staff and “higher authority”. The Elysian & it’s rude lying staff is the true definition of YOU GET WHAT U PAY FOR! Also don’t bother to reach out to the supervisor who is so generously under each review encouraging ppl to reach out to her with concerns. They will treat you as if u did something wrong and uphold the rude and disrespectful behavior you are presented when you decide not to move to those slums. If lack of respect is shown to applicants from the corporate office, of course the office staff will treat u as such. They lock the front door during office hours & the leasing agent sit at the corner computer so no one can see her. I've heard the old management company & office staff was horrible, but this bunch they have hired isn't any better please believe ! They don’t know how to read make ready boards, schedule cleaners, order appliances & apartments that’s advertised as MOVE IN READY is filthy!!"
