"The two leasing agents are Amanda and Allison and both of them are very rude, entitled, unprofessional and above all racist. Both of their skills are very poor when it comes to customer service. I had not experienced such rude behavior from anyone in the customer service industry in comparison to the personnel stated above. I would highly recommend them to be replaced with agents who are respectful and responsive to their customer’s needs and are professional when it comes to interacting with the patrons residing in their units."
