"Got here kidneys failing not even from here so I really didn’t know to trust them. I didn’t know that they have 2 beds in the room wasn’t aware of that but just looked over my medical problem and put us out and the women that was in the room didn’t have a problem then remind you it’s 4am"

"This is my first time being in this hospital .I have to say my experience has been fantastic !! With a knee replacement surgery. All of the nurses.and staff have been awesome!!! My physical therapists Jade M And Melanie R .are awesome!! They took the time to really explain the rehab procedure and help make you feel at ease !"

"I stay that this hospital about 15 years ago when it was still Bayshore. A culture was terrible back then and the facility wasn't that much better. Your infrastructure has been greatly improved and I thought it was in the new management so when my doctor said he would do my surgery here I looked like a good place is great however I think your culture has not changed the last time I stayed. I gave you an extra star only because of Linda from the occupational therapy department and David from the physical therapy department or very great and professional people. Being in the hospital in pain is different enough without having people that don't really care about you taking care of you."

"My daughter gave birth there last week. We had a few bad experiences. The anesthesiologist was extremely rude. A nurse came in after non stop beeping in the room. She said "the air was not enough to be FATAL" so my daughter would be alright! Vanessa and the Dr (ob gyn) were the only ones that seemed to care and treat her with care. Everyone was very apologetic and they claim they gave her the biggest room in the hospital. Just stay away from this hospital!"
