"When I scheduled the appointment I was very clear I had another appointment after. I scheduled an early appointment as well. I had to arrive 30 minutes early to complete forms I had just filled out 2 months before. Then the tech was late and had I to cancel. This used to be a good faculty but this is not acceptable."

"This is by far the worst place I have ever been to get any testing done. I went in for a X-rays and MRI. To make a long story short, after speaking to the ladies in the front, I decided to just get the MRI, even my Dr. agreed because of the Injury I had. On the day of the procedure, they said I was in for both. I got upset and tried to explain to the X-ray tech but she really didn’t care and was giving me attitude. Ultimately I decide if I want to get treated. You expect good treatment, specially when you go to a medical facility. She failed miserably. 2 days later my Dr. refers me to a specialist and needed a copy of MRI. I called multiple times to get a copy of so I would have ready for my specialist appointment and they said I HAD to come in the office and get it, they could not have it ready. I come in the office today, I sign in, I’m waiting and this guy walks in and they have a copy of a CD waiting for him!!! WTH!!! He said he knew someone! Never coming here again!!! Before I left I approached the front desk lady to ask for a number or email to express my concerns and she proudly gives me a card, without even bothering to ask what’s wrong. Rude technicians and rude staff!!!"

"Had my CT with oral contrast yesterday, 9/21/23. Ms.Tina & Ms. Denise were very nice and explained in detail everything they were doing. I can’t say enough about how comfortable they made me feel. If I should need another scan I hope this is where they send me. I would recommend Gulf Coast MRI & Diagnostics to all my friends.Thanks again to these wonderful ladies."
