"I have been here almost a year now. Day 1 of move in, the apartment flooded. There are still water stains and damage from the flooding. I was promised a new apartment. That was more like a lie. 4 months in there was A SHOOT OUT the top floor which made the news. Nevertheless this post isn’t about any of that. MY MONEY ORDER WAS STOLEN FROM THE LEASING OFFICE!!! I FILED A POLICE REPORT AND DID ALL IN MY POWER TO QUICKLY RESOLVE THE ISSUE. The investigation is pending however without thorough investigation by the new leasing staff, Manager Ashlyn Fairchild has arrogantly decided to place an eviction notice on my door during an open investigation. When I go to the office I am quickly dismissed and am told that I can take back my money order for this month because I am being evicted. In dismay I quickly go to the police station bring another copy of the police report, along with the original copies of the money order, along with reports from money gram to the office. New manager Ashlyn then recants and says don’t worry about the eviction notice. In my distress she doesn’t offer empathy or an apology, she states she has to submit this all to regional, which was also stated to me by the previous leasing staff. I work hard everyday to provide for and my daughter, they could not care less, I’m a victim of theft which happened due to a lack of security in their office yet I am being evicted and humiliated. For the one person who was kind and understanding thank you. Ms.Pam"
"Absolutely NOT. Don’t move at this place. In case you wanna lose your money and patience, the managements I preferred don’t say nothing. STOP PLAYING WITH THE MONEY PEOPLE. If you’re not available for care and provide good management just close the apartment complex. You have wait around 2 moths for receive you refund check. Don’t matter if you leave and do everything the contract say’s. Poor quality. 0 stars."
"Please don’t waste your time moving here. I moved here back in April and none of my complaints have been handled. First one off my bedrooms don’t have a door and still have not been fix. Second the ceiling fan is my bedroom moved very slowly reported it and still not fix. My AC has been broken since June 19th as told it was going to be fix then was told they need to purchase a new unit but have to wait because they need to wait for the next month for the new budget. Office is always closed due to training. It is now August and the matter still haven’t been solved."
"My home was broken into, they took no blame for leaving the gate open. My car was broken into, they tried to tow my car for a broken window. Now my other car, which had flat tires during the same incident now missing... the courtesy officer is not answering the phone... I'll be filing suit in the morning. Requesting information to the mmi headquarters, owner information, copy of lease, and police report of the incident. . . Most likely they will not provide anything. But I will be happy to fill everyone in in the am.... if they do this to a disabled combat vet, how will they treat you? Update: property is under new management… things are a lot better. Apartments are being updated, there is no more flooding, cameras have been installed as well. Maintenance is backlogged but getting better."
"If I could give zero stars I would. Do not waste your money in this slum. I moved back after living here previously and now am having to pay a lawyer to help me break my lease due to the disgusting conditions of this property. Roaches and wasps are rampant inside the units and the Property has done nothing to solve it, yet claims that it will be handled. Water is shut off throughout the day with no notice and good luck getting any maintenance accomplished. I was left with mold in my ac for 3 days after being told I would get serviced in order that requests were received. I asked to speak with the manager Mackenzie after notifying the office staff, trinity, who is also rude and unprofessional, that legally they couldn’t make me stay here with mold, and still never received a call. 4 days later the maintenance staff comes and tries to tell me that it’s not mold just dust, as if I don’t have eyes. My unit has needed several repairs since move in and after 7 months it has yet to be solved, yet they expect your rent timely every month. This property and their staff is a joke and waste of your hard earned rent money, save yourself the hassle. Even after contacting MMI, the property managing company, I received no responses to my concerns. I have opened a case with the Attorney Generals Office. Stay Away!!"
