"They are so unprofessional there management team needs to do better they told me I had to have certain things I had to get for me to get approved so I collected everything I needed she said I had everything for the process my application and when I was in an office while she's processing my application she going to tell me she over working her self I would have go get new information she could go around the system but I just had to go and collect more information to make her job easy I have been 3 days getting stuff that she told me I need it and then she tell me she don't need it I need something else now she said she need to make her job to be easily so unprofessional wasted time and money"

"I’ve been living here a year & it gets worst every month around here the building goes through new managers quicker than you can blink. Out of at least 10 people I’ve seen working here only 2 has been professional. The other day I discovered roaches in the hallway .. nevertheless the building is always nasty ! EVERY WHERE even throughout the stair cases & outside .. please do not be fooled by the “sales”"

"After living in the facility for a year it has gotten HORRIBLE. When I first moved in the apartments were beautiful, clean and welcoming. Now… it’s a disgusting place to live in. The cleaning lady only cleans the area she resides in and around the office. She cleans it enough to fool the possibly future tenants. I have been complaining about the lady and her kids above me since they moved in (even sent in videos per request) and she’s still a problem. This is a section 8 apartment complex and it definitely shows. The only thing they care about is if you can make rent on time. What once was a beautiful place to be is now an absolute dread to come home and have to walk through these conditions. Let’s not forget to mention NOTHING THAT REQUIRES THE KEY FOB WORKS! It’s basically for decoration to look as if you’re protected here when you really not. Save your money and you peace of mind. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!"

"It was super nice when I first moved in 2019. Now, I hate living here. Its embarrassing to even bring guests here. It's overwhelming walking in the halls due to how trashed it always is. there's always food or drinks spilled on the ground. One time I heard kids running in the hall and something hit my door, went out there and a can of coke was spilled all over my door and right in front of it. I contacted management with a long list of complaints and nothing has been done. DO NOT move here unless you want to feel like you live in the projects."
