"Was sold a vape that was said to be better than the smoks. It has only been a week and the vape no longer works. Not buying from here ever again. I'll be giving their competitors business instead."

I'm not sure of her name but the person behind the desk (tall blonde female) was of no help at all. I asked if they had anything similar to what I usually use. The answer was no, and she offered no help and had no idea about any of the products available. No offer to taste the 0mg testers. No help period, I ended up choosing randomly from a printed list. I will not visit Vape Escape again. The staff needs to be retrained. Horrible experience and didn't like what I ended up choosing. Waste of time and money."

The employees are very nice and easy to talk to. They are willing to do whatever they can to help make their customers happy. They are also very knowledgeable about their products so that they can help find the most appropriate items for the customers needs. I can't praise them enough."
