"we rented a townhouse from them in MALL CIRCLE only stayed there 2-3 months let’s start off by saying we thought it was a good place for us and the kids , not realizing as the days go by both of our kids 2 year old and 5month old kept getting sick with upper respiratory infections is not knowing what was causing them back to back we just kept taking them to the doctor one day after me and the mother of my kids came home from work we noticed our sofa by the window was molded we checked to see if the window was open and it was days later the house became very humid we contacted them to let them know maintenance man didn’t find any problem cause the air was “ blowing “ days later a infestation of small roaches came in although we kept the house clean we didn’t know why they came our home became their home it was the perfect climate one day we noticed white specs on the top of the fridge we looked and there was actually mold coming from the vent on to our fridge we checked all the vents and they all were the same went into the kids room which was upstairs and all the stuff in the closets were molded , mold was on the rims of the doer and all we never really noticed it maybe cause we worked day in and day out and it all seem smot happen so fast to find out the townhouse we lived in had burned down and wasn’t properly knocked down or gutted out right when contacting DALTON he refused any medical bill , no rent or deposit back so we can move or anything the next day we had an eviction note on the door he showed absolutely no sympathy what’s so ever he actually laughed in my girlfriends face although we took them to court we lost because there was no test done still to the day NO ONE HAS BEEN MOVED INTO THAT townhouse because they knew they were wrong and didn’t want to go though that again most definitely would not referhem to anyone"
