"They have literally no professionalism or respect anymore. They very clearly don't value patient care, and they don't even pretend to care that that's a problem. I've truthfully never encountered such reckless, careless, unprofessional, disrespectful behavior in a "professional" environment where that behavior is apparently not just accepted but encouraged. The fact that it involves people's wellness and safety and corporate is still fine with their utter failure at patient care blows my mind."

"Good luck on getting anyone to answer the phone. You have to physically go in the store to place an order for a refill. I was on hold for over an hour waiting on a pharmacist to pick up the phone then finally decided to go in and crossed my fingers they had my son's inhaler in stock that he needed."

"Since David left, the curtent male pharmacist, Leon, told me face to face they no longer answer the phone, they "can wait on customers or help people in the phone, they can't do both"!!! So, how have pharmacies operated doing both for 100 years?? The female pharmacist will literally pick a fight with a customer. She is loud, rude and has no empathy or professionalism about her. A god complex has no place in the medical field."
