"We lived here for a year and it was a great place to live. The staff is awesome and always thoughtful. Billy the maintenance man was so helpful and always answered our work orders quickly. Rhonda and Sharron at the front office were always kind. Great community and neighbors; packages were always safe on the doorstep, people always nice and considerate but kept to themselves for the most part (no nosy or overbearing neighbors). And a decent location, short walk or drive to some good restaurants, bars and stores. Also right next to the community theater that puts on some fun events. The place was reasonable price (considering the market) but you do get what you pay for in a lot of ways. It’s a older apartment so walls are thin (could hear neighbors often) and bad plumbing (had a couple of small floods in the apartment due to clogging). They tried their best to prevent it but unfortunately someone in the building, allegedly, kept clogging the pipes with non flushable sanitary items. The blinds, paint and flooring were super cheap and unforgiving so by the end of the year these things were in worse condition; and this was despite our best efforts of using wall strips and avoiding heavy furniture. Based on the condition of the other apartment blinds, we understood it was mostly unavoidable to have something break. We had a good year there and the people/location made it easier. -1 star due the the condition and cheapness which is only the landlords/investors fault NOT the management team or staff there (they are great)."

"My fiancé and I were renting a trailer that became unlivable, where there was mold, septic backing up and mice, along with other problems. Our landlord wouldn’t fix anything until after we paid rent for the next month. The final straw was the mice and the septic backing up because it kept us from being able to flush our toilet properly and wash dishes in our kitchen because it would back up into the pipe and the pipe was loose (the landlords knew about it) and would fill up with water and come apart and flood under our sink. We found Regency apartments and decided to tell them our story and see if they could help us in anyway to get back into a place where we weren’t breathing in mold and sewage. (We also had a sewage pipe under our bedroom that was leaking all the time). We told Sharon and Rhonda our story and they helped us out so much. We both love the apartment we have and so does our cat. Neighbors are friendly and not too much noise ; our neighbors at the trailer were always shooting guns off. This place will listen to your story and help you in your time of need. They work with you, but they will be upfront about everything. Thank you guys for helping us out!"

"I currently live here and from the day I came to talk to the ladies in the office to getting my apartment, it was nothing but wonderful and very friendly. I had just moved in when Imelda flooded my apartment and they were quick to began repairing the affected units and did a fantastic job in restoring them. They moved me to an upstairs unit where I currently reside. It's a small and very well protected and kept complex. Yes, the lady in the office looks out on the grounds when there is suspicious behavior and it is taken care of. Who wouldn't want to live in a place where their home is that vigilantly looked after? The laundry room is clean and air conditioned. The washers and dryers work excellently. The mail box is close by and all in all... there are great people living here. Market Basket and Kroger are super close among banks, restaurants, and hair cutting places. I'm sorry to have to leave my home here for professional reasons, but even when Imelda stressed me out, I've been nothing but happy here."
