"Decent motel ... It was clean , smelled old lol but we lit a candle and it was cozy. No noise , couldn't hear traffic, the dump truck woke us at 6am . For the most part we slept good, thru the night. We stayed one night, last night."

"Front desk people are very nice. The cleaning ladies are very friendly. Some rooms are very nice and then some rooms are horrible looking. If you have a pet it's a 50.00 deposit and only one pet is allowed. What type of pet is allowed is case by case. The rooms come with a tv, refrigerator, microwave, a chair, and a king sized bed. It's a nice place, might look a little scary, but is a nice place to stay."

"Part of our stay in the US was to stay in a motel with bad ratings, other times we went the best, so when the actually quite nice young lady at the front desk tried to persuade us not to stay we knew we wouldn’t be disappointed. So when a woman screamed late that evening it seemed just normal, there were old smaller blood stains on the sheets, urine stains at the end of the bed the toilet didn’t flush and although the roaches were small there were a few under the room phone, we used one of the towels to wipe the floor and management had decided that door chains were pointless long ago ( remnants were painted over) and apart from the matress and phone everything was immovable, everything else was wonderful. We got 2 bottles of water on arrival from behind very thick what we assume bulletproof plexiglass, the stay otherwise was fabulous and a hang up phone call at midnight somewhat confusing, but ok as we didn’t sleep much anyway, so if you want cheap or you are adventurous or both, then you’ll have a story to tell."

"Let me just start by saying I did not pick this place I was forced to stay here after Hurricane Harvey.. There were no other rooms available in Southeast TX period. Literally the worst place to stay in Beaumont. Hands down the nastiest room ive ever stayed in! Cigarette butts in the room on thr bathroom floor and in the sink. On a prior visit we found needles from a syringe on the AC unit in our room. Our most recent stay there we were put in a double bed. (We are a family of 4) so me and my husband slept on the floor which was filthy and seemingly damp. None of the beds ever have a fitted sheet on themThere was something falling out from the bottom of our bed, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed & and the room smelled terrible. The customer service here was horrible!! I have never felt so unwelcome at any other hotel. But honestly this doesnt qualify as a hotel... Its most definitely a "roach motel". My brother stayed recently as well with a friend of his, they had roaches coming out of the phone and their refrigerator didnt work. His friend was told that she could not sit outside and talk on a business call to her lawyer. When she asked why she wasnt given a reason just to go inside her room. We were all treated like criminals & dont even have as much as a speeding ticket on our records. On top of all that, the staff is even worse if you can imagine. The house keeper (the loud & nosey one), called me a profane name then proceeded to threaten me that she was going to "beat my ***) by the way, I am 7 months pregnant. This parking lot argument ensued because her and my Fiance had a small disagreement during a prior stay which I wasnt even present for. The owners wife did nothing but stood by and watched. For $40 a night this is what u will get, if you have any choice at all DO NOT STAY HERE! I would stay at the salvation army before I stay here again... AND save some money."
