"Been here for almost three years. We are under new management and I immediately see improvement here! The property is always kept clean, thanks to what seems to be a great maintenance team. Response to tenants for concerns and work orders is always speedy and in a timely manner. I've been told they are continually making improvements to the complex, since under new management, and I am seeing positive changes, day by day, such as security cameras being installed in various areas on the property. The office manager, Ms. Tracie Grainger is such a sweetheart, very helpful, understanding, reasonable and serious about putting all her tenants' needs first. The old staff didn't really care at all, but I just feel that things will be different now. You can also let them know what needs to be fixed on their website (service request), and it will be fixed in 24 hours (Monday-Friday)."
