"Do not move here me and my wife started ower lease with them back in April of last year shortly after one of ower for bed rooms started leaking we put a work request out and time and time again the work orders we're deleted and they kept on saying they fixed the roof now were are in December about to go in to January the window still leaks there is now mold growing in the window my property has been damaged so to there negligence and don't wanna replace it I have three young children in my home now they are trying to evicted us because we refuse to pay rent I will fight this place in court we have been dilling with this issue for almost a year now mold and my property has been damned thanks to these apartments"

"My rating is a 4 because of the apartment manger. Nicole came in and turnt this place around . She actually listen and want to resolve the issue within the complex. Nicole has been great and very understanding. She turned my experience around because at first I did not like these apartments. It feel good to have someone who understands."

"Expensive....as many places are. Always charging for little stuff...The Management takes no responsibility for plumbing problems, septic issues, maintenance worker intrusion in my apartment, electric problems, trash mistakes. The secretaries there know little or nothing. Gun shots multiple times, but nothing is done. Was stuck here for a year, thank goodness I am out of the lease. Yes, it is new...the apt size is nice, the gate is an improvement, but they burned me too many times with their stupidity and non business like demeanor. Renters Beware!"

"Amazing staff and very nice apartments! They really helped me out and understood me , and they even explained everything very well! Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone near by!"
