"Tasha is the bomb. She is real passionate about her residents and she really cares about us. She is a great coordinator"
"Trying to get anything Repair over here takes the act of Congress. They don't keep supplies to do any repairs or replace anything. I have repairs that have needed to be repaired for over 2 years. Security light that's been out for over 2 years now, we have several out can't seem to get them repaired. ****Other than those issues it is a wonderful place to live Beautiful quiet I love it"
"Stone Hearst has been a bad expierence with us. We sold the house and attempted to move in to Stone Hearst. They took our deposit, told us they had a vacancy and had us fill out an application. For three long months they strung us along always wanting more information about us and it is my belief that they never intended to rent to us. They'd ask for this information which we'd supply. A few weeks later, they'd want more. This went on over and over and over and most of it was repeats of what they'd already requested until finally we gave up and asked for our deposit back and they said we couldn't have it back. About three weeks ago they said they needed more information that we had provided months ago and said we had to get it to them that day or they were going to turn us down and they'd return our deposit. We haven't recieved it yet. Management is bad news too. They would't tell us who the Corp office was so I found out over the net that its New Life Assurance which when I Looked them up it made then sound like some kind of cult. They're bad news. And we didn't even get to move in and still living with a relative and waiting for our deposit."
