"My son and his wife moved in three months ago and both of their cars have been broken into and vandalized. Apparently, there is absolutly no security and to date no attempts by complex management to protect the residents and their property."

"The manager there is completely unresponsive to issues. Neighbors very loud, did nothing about it. Cars broken into and stolen regularly at complex. Management did finally send out messages to keep car doors locked but refused to alert neighbors of crime in complex. Neighbors were arrested and created water pipe breaks that flooded my apartment. When neighbors were very loud late at night that violated the quiet hours, Theresa the manager said we had to record it and prove it. Weekly I provided camera footage to the police of crime happening in the complex caught in view of my surveillance camera. The place was unsafe and miserable. After water pipe was broken, manager denied it was the fault of upstairs neighbors but maintenance man confirmed. Bathroom was unusable. Ruined $2k of my personal belongings. Pictures show disgusting way it was left. 0 stars Response to their response: You weren’t concerned when we were having issues. But now you are when I go public with it. You had your chance to fix it and did nothing. There is no reason to contact you now."

"Do not move here. I’ve been here 5 months and it’s been absolutely miserable. My electric bill has been $500-$600 a month and after 5 months of putting in work orders and complaining to management, I have finally confirmed with Entergy that there IS an issue with my breaker in my unit which has caused the high bills. Management hired an electrician last month and said “there was no issues with the unit and this must be a Entergy issue”. I have wasted over $2000 in electric bill charges over 5 months due to the incompetence of this complex. NOW my A/C isn’t working and it’s currently 80* in my apartment in the middle of the summer. I can’t even sleep at my apartment because me and my dog are so miserable in this heat. Surely this is a safety hazard as well. LONG story short, do not live here unless you want to waste money and have unfulfilled work orders. Don’t let the cute yard fool you. That was the only reason I chose this complex. I’d rather just walk my dog. I will be moving out as soon as humanly possible."
