"Don't move inn these apartments they will break in your apartment,don't fix nun, unprofessional, Ect. Everything bad about these apt too the office ppl too the maintenance man dealing wit them period waste of money."

"At first chrislyn was good . However she changed when a new office manager was put in. The new office manager is by far the rudest, unprofessional, ignorant, person I have ever encountered . I had been without air for two months . It would be 90 degrees in my apartment. They claimed they gave a portable air conditioner to use . Which didn’t do anything . I literally had to have 3 fans of my own blowing to stay cool . Now the new office girl had only been there a week . When I went down to ask the status of getting it fix . She began to talk to me so crazy and disrespectfully. How she can talk to me how ever she wants to . How it doesn’t matter I’ve been without air . Going back and forward with me as a resident and so much more Talking In such a rude way . Then on top of that she attacked me and tried to force herself into my apartment. This girl sticks her foot in my door claiming I have her foot trapped . Now who just sticks their foot in a person door trying to play victim . I was a good resident . Never created any issues . I advise everyone do not move here . I have never in my life experienced anything like this. If anyone wants proof of how they treat residents here let me know . You would"

"I use to stay here i loved it now they have a new company that been heling them for about 2 months now and idk why because i see a bad difference when chrislyn was working by her self is was better now its bad the pool not cleaned the property is trashed and it takes forever for work orders to be complete. What was the point of the company coming in to help i think its crazy then chrislyn is no longer the property manager that crazy she is amazing also without help she was getting things done and making it look good the owner have o idea what they doing if they come down and sit at the property they will see but they all about the money they dont care it want be long before they sale it to somebody else"

"The Office lady is sweet she really helps you as much as she can and she is really trying to make the property better but she has to have and great support team behind her to get it done she cant do it alone. The comments before im sure its when Beauparte was over the company because this young lady works even on Holidays I Have seen this my self. People saying this and that but no it who yall allow at your apartment not the complex its self i have seen the changes they have tried to make and the residents damage the property just like the pool i watched the young lady for 2 weeks straight find tables and all pool chairs and things to fix the pool up for the residents and boom soon as she opened the pool they residents damaged they things. They property is really trying but again its call support yall talk about the young lady she the first one in years i have actually seen that try to help yall that are not paying rent get help also make sure she address alot of situation in the complex . That Young lady works alone and she has done way better and more that i have seen since i been staying out here. i been staying here for years ging on 15 years and she has been the best yet. she has to little babies and still manager to try to keep they property in good standing. This in a great property she even got us security in the complex"

"Do not move in here. The office is never open. The phones are never answered. The woman “working” in the office is rude and changes the office hours based on her home life. They text everyone with the same msgs even though they don’t involve anyone but 1 tenant. They lost my contract and made up a number that was way over my move in special for rent. They had no one living in my apartment In Their computer system till I threatened to take them to court. Hope you don’t have a night job much less grave yard shift cause they start all work before 8 am. There is not just mold but black mold in every apartment I have personally seen. Maintenance has called me profanities and they will keep your packages in the office and not give them to you. Hot water only lasts 5-10 min and that after it’s already been worked on 3 times. Garbage disposal breaks all the time and they won’t come fix anything until you put in about 12 work orders over the span of about 3 months. DO NOT LIVE HERE. It’s not worth it. This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life!!!"
