"Upkeep done regularly and beautiful inside"
"It is a prison here. We're not allowed to go outside after 9:00 pm. No cats are allowed. No washer or dryer allowed. No smoking or talking on the phone in the breezeway. No flowers will grow in the shade in the breezeway. It is miserable here. Alot of people do not like it here. I'm a Senior Citizen here. I'm totally not comfortable not being able to not being able to go sit outside in a lawn chair just outside my Apart here . What harm is it I ask ? I'm a Christian women. They have a Secureity Guard that makes his rounds , and he saw me talking on my cell phone and I told him I could not get a signal inside my Apart , but he said I still had to go back into my Apart , bc the Manager didn't not want anyone outside after dark. Past 9:00 pm. This is like being in Prison. I would not recommend it at all. Now I'm stuck here , bc I cannot break my lease agreement. I will be way into next yr 2022 before I can move out. Really to sad."
"The maintenance guy is amazing He is helpful and quick The manager wouldn't help even if asked for suggestions to improve our monthly inspection write ups Don't expect your deposit back either Don't expect to be able to get an apartment after moving from here because you will not get a good reference"
