"Stayed at this apartment for more than a year. There is no way this apartment costs $700 Better if you could find UDA with same price or even Haciendra is also fine. Management is highly unreliable. Apartment was really at bad condition while moving in and while moving out we cleaned the apartment perfectly fine than before but they didn’t pay back security deposit of $500. Totally fraud!"
"This place has roaches really bad! These apartments are extremely NOISY, if you have an apartment downstairs you will here every step your neighbor's take upstairs. This place has a extremely high crime rate. The cops are constantly called to this place & people are getting arrested outside the apartments all the time. This place has illegal immigrants as maintenance men & you cannot communicate with them because they don't speak English."
"Rent is around 620 for 1 BHK, which isn't even that good. Charging too much coz its near Lamar uni. Management is also pathetic. Better choose Hacienda."
