"Customer service is lovely! But now the store feels a bit gimmicky... This is also the third time I've attempted to buy jewelry from them, and it turning my skin green. which is just extra disappointing because this time i specifically asked if this was confirmed to be sterling silver and I was told "yes, you're skin won't turn green, only the copper or bronze jewelry does that." Left with the ring on, and in the 15 minute drive home my finger was already turning green. Not to mention I was charged the price if sterling silver, and it's still not real... Oh well, I'll have to return this one too I guess. I don't think I'll be going back. Just feels fake now :/"
