"I like racetrack but I always try to avoid this one even when is in my neighborhood customer service rude and diesel pumps always have problems or are empty"

"First time visiting Thursday last week around 12:30-1pm. Store was clean, agents were friendly and such a large selection of snacks. They even had a large variety of frozen yogurt. I’ll be back today. Almost forgot to write this review."

"This gas station is probably about 5 or 6 years old now. The interior is clean and set up as you would expect any race track to be nowadays. Everything is clean, the attendance at the gas station are attentive, and for its size it has a decent variety of snacks."

"10:30 pm and the store is locked. Cashier is telling people they are closed. Please stop advertising you are 24 hrs if you are going to allow your employees to close the store when they wish. This is not the first time this has happened. I go out of my way to shop here because I like racetrac over other gas stations."

"This store needs a professional development administered in how to be customer friendly. On October 12, 2022, one of the female employees was VERY rude to me. I was laughed at, talked to very nasty and then ignored while I was trying to complete a transaction. As I was walking out of the store, another customer stopped me and said, " Why was she so rude to you?" My reply was that I have no idea. The phone line ALWAYS stays busy. I tried calling back yesterday , to voice my concerns until late into the night. I called back as early as 7:30 a.m. the next business day until 11:15 a.m. , and the phone line was still busy. This is no way to run a business. Kindness goes a long way, but professionalism goes even further. You do not deserve 1 star. You deserve zero."
