"I’m from out of town Florida. On yesterday evening 12/17 I came in to play some lotto for my mother who’s in the hospital across the stress. The lady at the register was so very rude it made me never want to step for in this location ever again!"

"This past Sunday, Sept. 3 at approximately 11:30 p.m., I visited the Essen & I-10 location along with 4-5 other customers that arrived at the same time. Your employee had the front door locked and refused to let anyone enter the store for any purchase or to use the PUBLIC restroom. When I motioned to the employee, they motioned back to me to go away. At that point, I stopped my husband immediately from pumping another penny into my gas tank and we took our business to Gonzales, LA. How does a store that advertises being opened 24 hours, get to close due to an employee simply deciding to lock the door? I suggest editing your hours to be "whenever the employee wants to work"."

"Long line to check out but moved pretty quickly. Smaller selection of selection of chips than expected but lots of candy. Nice staff."

"I am disabled and have a handicap license plate on my car. Gas stations are required to pump gas for someone like me if they have enough staff to cover the register. The staff there is always friendly and helpful. Thank you Racetrac! Edited June 2 to thank them for another nice employee and gas fill-up! Also: A different reviewer said there were panhandlers here. A few years ago they did have some issues with that, but they have really fixed up and cleaned up the area. I haven’t seen anyone hanging around or asking for money in years."
