The Oasis at Southpark

"I’m a new resident at Oasis and I must say it’s absolutely amazing! The apartment is wonderful and the neighborhood is so quiet, the office staff are super friendly and always willing to help! They made my transition go so smoothly and answered all my questions and even helped me with my application. The second floor apartments with vaulted ceilings are everything and absolutely beautiful!!!! Thank u Oasis for allowing me to become part of the community I love it here!!!!!"

"COLLEGE KIDS GALORE! This place has been trouble since day one when I moved in 6 months ago. We are charged for a gated community, yet they have never worked in 6 months and no rent deduction for it. There's a TON of college kids who live here since its close to the college and they party it up at all hours of the night, even when its not spring break. There's constant drug smells coming through my walls. Lacey the manager, is interesting to say the least. My apartment got illegally broken into by maintenance for a non emergency service request and they are scheduled to do it again in a day. They also decorate very interesting for holidays, lots of rainbows for Christmas. There's a lot more wrong with this place but I'll stop for now. This place is definitely NOT for people who want a quiet family place to live. Oh one more thing, the stairs are inside the bottom apartments, might want to look very closely at the pictures. Its always very loud since the stairs are inside your apartment and the new people across the sidewalk couldn't get some of their furniture upstairs because its so narrow and the traditional width of apartment stairs. This place is like communism. RUN!"

"I can say without a doubt that the customer service there is amazing. There is one in person in particular that went above and beyond helping us out, Jacob. He has such a fun and great personality that we connected with as soon as we met. He definitely makes you feel like it’s all about you and he tries to meet and exceed your needs. We are so excited to make this move and be a part of oasis! Thanks again to Jacob, you are awesome."

"Absolutely loved living here! The staff is extremely nice and supportive. They make sure that everything is up to standard. The apartments are beautiful and really have a luxury feel. The rooms are all a great size. The amenities are to die for! A resort style pool, a beautiful gym and the clubhouse is so big and spacious, I called it my extended living room lol. The little park on the side is great for the kiddos and the dog park in the back is a great space for the pups! This place has it all! Sometimes I didn’t even feel like I was in Lake Charles! The residents that I’ve met are great too, and everyone seems to do their best to make this a great place to live for everyone."

"I love that the complex has no carpet in the apartments. I would rather put down rugs. Carpet, to me, is unsanitary, so it is huge plus no carpet exists. The clubhouse always smells nice and clean and having a kitchen with a coffee maker on site is nice for hanging out. The pool is kept clean as well. It is a lovely place to live and should be considered by anyone moving here."
