"Too much traffic"
"My wife and I moved in here right after getting married, it was the first home we ever had together and we absolutely love it here. Management is never anymore then a call or text message away and work very hard every week ensuring the complex is beautiful. Mr, Randy the owner is extremely friendly always there when we need him for anything day or night. Sure, there’s no communal pool or gym like the Springs down the street. But ever unit has two floors and a garage. And a management is second to none. 10/10 would recommend!"
"My husband and I lived here for about 2 years, while he was working on a project. I absolutely loved everything about this place. The town homes are beautiful and Randy (the owner) works really hard to keep them that way. The small neighborhood is very safe and family friendly. Honestly, this house and the neighborhood is what I miss most about Lake Charles! Highly recommend!"
