"LET ME START BY SAYING THIS: the staff at the office are very friendly and they work fast to get you into a place. HOWEVER THEIR PROPERTIES HAVE TO BE THE WORST HABITATIONS IN THE SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA REGION. Apartment homes are decrepit, falling apart with heavy leakage during rain storms, old wiring where the internet goes in and out (No Work From Home here), the insides are falling apart like doors completely hollow, barely put together stair railings, the list goes on. They have attractive rent prices but it's for trash and if you cannot make ONE MONTH rent after five days for the trashy place you live in, they evict you and add $300 to your rent to cancel it. To ANYONE looking for a decent and safe place to live, well look as far away from this establishment as possible! BEWARE! I WARNED YOU ALL. Stay safe."
