"Room was very clean and open. Air conditon worked wonders. I didn't use the service other than breakfast which was hot and plentiful. Location isn't great for restaurants but if your looking for proximity to refinery work, then the location is perfect."

"Clean rooms, well insulated against sound. I am a light sleeper; even with our bedroom being right behind the second floor elevator, I only woke up from a dinging once the entire morning. Corporate IT needs to come record staff, who already follow IT's instructions on the check-in system and find bugs that never got caught by QA, so that IT can solve what should have been high level release stoppers instead of making the check in staff try to solve them. The in-room coffee makers have never known the love of a thorough cleaning with vinegar, but we all know that is normal for hotel room coffee. The downstairs breakfast has perfectly good coffee."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Our room was upgraded free of charge . We stayed for 2 nights and didn't have any issues. Our room was super spacious with a mini kitchen and living space along with a king bed and bathroom . The shower was a little small but considering everything else and that it's a hotel room it wasn't an issue . The pool and hot tub was clean and nobody was using it when we went. Breakfast was an ok breakfast as far as hotel Breakfast goes . The staff was really nice and helpful."
