Sulphur Springs

"The apartments flood from the hot water tank including the neighboring apartments. The carpets are nasty and molded. The apartments don't compare to other reasonable prices apartments. These apartments are overpriced in comparison to a larger city with more jobs you can get better deals on apartments. They don't accommodate tenants when a larger apartment becomes available. The Construction workers are parking in residential parking spaces and throwing their trash on the ground. I'm not about to change out mini blind now that I've been ik convenienced over and over. The laundry room does not even clean the laundry. Update the machines."

"Website shows this apartment complex accepts pets. But they do not!! What a shame when you have to lie to get people to call just to tell them no pets allows."

"My daughter just moved there a few months back from Pa. People are so nice everywhere you go. :) Even the children use their manners. Its nice to see . I really enjoyed going out and about and visiting the Water Park there. its was a really good time fir 4th of July. I will be back soon for a visit. If you are considering a visit there be sure to bring sun screen and a hat do not forget your bottle of cold water! The summer days are especially hot there. lots of humitity. So make sure to stop and enjoy the water park in Sulphur! you will be glad you came."
