"Apartments are plain but they are nice. Small dining area, kitchen and living room is spacious. Bedrooms and bathroom are efficient."

"Small apt(had 2bd)Very old appliances, animals around from woods & pets from neighbors use bathroom on concrete. Water doesn’t stay hot for over 5min in shower. Also major bug problem. Can be very peaceful at night :). Not a good idea to have someone stay about you if you hate walking,walls are thin."

"They keep the outside clean they inspect the apartments on a regular basis it seems to be a quiet place, ample of parking, the residents are quiet and courteous they look after each other, they try to be fast and quick on repairing anything that break or need attention to, it's a pretty location less than 15 minutes from any store or fast food"

"It's very outdated. Grounds are not kept up properly. The apartments that have carpet is nasty. Mold and mildew throughout all the apartments. It doesn't matter if you clean with bleach it's in the walls. When someone moves out of an apartment they are not properly painted. I am very disappointed living here but when there is nothing else what do you do. Had I known these apartments were like this I would have never moved here."
