"It was a horrible experience. My daughter turned in her key to one of the properties they own and manage on 10/31 and was told she would get her $368.75 deposit back in the mail. We gave it a few months, thinking it would take time. We called four times in January and were told it usually only takes 30 to 45 business days. Management said it was a new bank systems issue, and the owner had to wait on the bank because 30 checks had been sent back. According to management, the bank made a mistake. In the course of this, we've learned from other college students who had rented from them that they NEVER got their deposits back. The lady named Linda finally called me on January 23rd and said the owner wanted to verify our new mailing address because he was putting the check in the mail. Well, we are now February 27th, and STILL NO CHECK!! Should it take 118 days to get your deposit back? Do not rent from them. They should not call it a deposit if they never intend to return it to you. They are taking advantage of college students. $368 may not seem like much, but if you are a broke college student, it makes a huge difference. We are filing a report with the Better Business Bu."

"DONT RENT FROM THEM! They never answer the phones or come and fix your problems. The landlord is very unprofessional and doesn’t care to help you. The place is a mess and needs so much work done and it’s not getting fixed. Everything about this place is EW. Don’t rent!!! Stay away!!!"

"Absolutely horrible. Tried to hold security deposit for months just saying "maintenance guy was busy". When we moved in there were literal bugs smooshed into the walls and it was disgusting after we asked several times they do the bare minimal amount of cleaning. They will try to charge you for things you didnt do. TAKE PICTURES AND RECORD ALL PHONE CALLS. They will try to lie I guarantee it. Just look at everyone else reviews"
